How do I return an item?

Prior to returning any product, please contact Tour Tempo Customer Service at http://www.tourtempo.com/contactus.html to receive shipping authorization and instructions. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Thank you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tour Tempo, you may return your unused product up to 30 days after purchase for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. All returned products must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging and shrink wrap as appropriate, and with all documentation.

If the product is not in "like-new" condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Products without an RA# (return authorization number) may cause confusion - please call us if you have a problem with your product.

No refund policy on books or opened CDs.
